Provider Rights

At GCOR, we recognize that healthcare providers have the right to operate in a transparent, compliant, and collaborative environment when engaging with a managed billing and administrative support group. Our policies are designed to respect the professional autonomy of providers while ensuring alignment with state regulations, payer requirements, and ethical standards of care.

As a provider working with GCOR, you have the right to:

  • Access clear, accurate, and timely billing and utilization reports.

  • Receive full transparency regarding claims submission, reimbursement status, and payer communications.

  • Be informed of any changes in administrative policies or billing practices that may affect service delivery or compliance.

  • Have your clinical documentation treated with confidentiality and integrity in accordance with HIPAA and state privacy laws.

  • Collaborate with GCOR’s team in resolving billing issues, audits, or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

  • Expect GCOR to operate in alignment with AHCCCS and other state licensure requirements, Medicaid/Medicare guidelines, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, accountable partnership that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care—while we support the systems that sustain it.

Provider Responsibilities

We view our relationship with healthcare providers as a collaborative partnership. To ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

We respectfully ask that providers uphold the following responsibilities when working with our team:
