Receive full transparency regarding claims submission, reimbursement status, and payer communications.

Be informed of any changes in administrative policies or billing practices that may affect service delivery or compliance.

Have your clinical documentation treated with confidentiality and integrity in accordance with HIPAA and state privacy laws.

Collaborate with GCOR’s team in resolving billing issues, audits, or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Expect GCOR to operate in alignment with AHCCCS and other state licensure requirements, Medicaid/Medicare guidelines, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

Provider Responsibilities
We view our relationship with healthcare providers as a collaborative partnership. To ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

We respectfully ask that providers uphold the following responsibilities when working with our team:

Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation required for billing, utilization review, and payer reporting.

Maintain open communication regarding client status, service changes, and any updates that may impact billing or care coordination.

Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as payer-specific guidelines related to service delivery and medical necessity.

Participate in quality assurance processes, audits, and internal reviews as required.

Notify GCOR of changes in provider credentials, licensure status, or staffing that may affect service authorization.

Ensure client intake forms and consent documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with HIPAA and state requirements.

Respect the collaborative workflow by responding promptly to documentation requests or clarification needs.

Protect client confidentiality in all communications and shared documentation.

Maintain professionalism and mutual respect in interactions with GCOR’s administrative and billing staff.

Stay updated with AHCCCS Policies and Changes.
